The Process
The 9 Steps
1. Tell us about your event
Send the date, venue, guest count, event type and what you need. Use the quote form, call 949-394-2572 or book a free call. Not sure yet? Tell us the night you want and we will suggest a setup.
2. Get a detailed quote and proposal
We send a detailed proposal with the DJ, audio, lighting, LED, projection, musicians and everything else your event needs, line by line, with one clear price.
3. Sign and reserve your date
Sign the booking agreement and pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date. Your date is locked in and our team starts planning.
4. Site and technical planning
We confirm power, load in times, rigging points, equipment placement and the timeline directly with your venue and planner.
5. Finalize your event
We plan the music, announcements and special moments: entrances, first dance, toasts, the Hora, candle lighting or presentations. Choose the MC language: English, Hebrew, Spanish or Persian.
6. Professional setup
Our team arrives early, sets up and tests every system, with a spare laptop, mixer, speakers, mic and cables on site.
7. Event operation
Your DJ, MC and technicians run the production, keep the timeline on track and read the crowd.
8. Strike and cleanup
After the last song, our crew removes all equipment and leaves the space clean within the load out window.
9. Event follow up
After the event we send your photo and video galleries, and we ask for a review and your feedback so we can keep improving.
What We Need From You

Want a number first? Try the event cost calculator or see our DJ packages.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your DJ cannot perform, we send a substitute DJ from our team.
Backup equipment is on site at every event, so a failed part does not stop the music. We are licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.
Questions About the Process
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a date and venue. Once you sign the booking agreement, a 50% deposit reserves the date, and popular dates book early.
Do you work with my venue and planner?
Yes. We confirm power, load in and placement with the venue and share the timeline with your planner.
Do you travel outside Los Angeles?
Yes. We serve all of Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Ventura counties. Events more than 50 miles from our Valley Village office have a travel fee.
Can I rent equipment without a technician?
Yes. Many items, like speakers, microphones and lighting, can be rented on their own. Tell us what you need and we will tell you which items need a technician.
Ready for Step 1?
Tell us your date, venue and guest count, and we will send availability and a price.
