Payment Terms

A 50% Deposit shall be paid by the HOST to complete the booking and reserve the date.
A 50% Balance shall be paid by the host to Angels Music one week before the engagement start time.

Service Engagement Rider

1. The Host needs to provide the DJ/Tech team with the event schedule timeline and floor plan at least 7 days in advance.

2. The Host needs to provide the DJ/Musician with any requested songs via a YouTube or Spotify playlist at least 7 days in advance.

3. The Host needs to allow the DJ/Tech team between 4 and 6 hours of setup time before the event start time.

4. If overtime is requested, the Host agrees to pay an additional $400 per hour.

5. The Host needs to provide parking, vendor meals, and a safe work area for the DJ, MC, Musicians, Photographers, and Technicians.

– A safe work area means an environment free from direct sun, wind, rain, wet surfaces, oily floors, or any other hazards or distractions.

6. The Host needs to provide access to at least four (4) 110-volt (20-amp) grounded outlets (3-prong).

7. No refunds will be issued in the event of power failures caused by the venue’s or location’s power system.

8. If Angels Music is unable to perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, war, government orders, or similar events of unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a substitute service or refund up to the full amount previously paid.

9. If the event is canceled or rescheduled for any reason, the deposit will be credited toward a future event.

– This does not include amounts paid for reserved rentals, MCs, musicians, or equipment purchased specifically for the event.

10. If the event is canceled less than 14 days before the event date, the full balance is due.

11. Late Payment Fee: If the Host fails to pay the full balance on the day of the event, a $10 late fee per day is subjected to be charged until payment is made.

12. Angels Music Rentals guarantees that all equipment is in working condition and safe. However, the client assumes full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by the use of the equipment.

13. In case of equipment failure, Angels Music will make every effort to repair or replace the equipment during the event.

– If a photo booth printer fails, photos will still be taken, and printed copies will be mailed to the Host after the event.

14. “Unlimited Prints” refers to a maximum of 400 (4×6″) prints or 800 (2×6″) prints per event.

15. Angels Music will deliver the final Photo Booth gallery, the Photographer’s edited images, and/or the Videographer’s edited footage within 1 to 6 weeks following the event date. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scale of the event, the volume of content, and the nature of post-production

work required. Clients will be notified if additional time is needed due to unforeseen circumstances.

16. The Host cannot cancel or downgrade any services on the day of the event; substitutes or upgrades may be optional based on availability.

17. The Host is responsible for providing adequate protection for Angels Music, its equipment, and staff against injury or damage caused by guests.

18. Any damage to the DJ, Photo Booth, or rental equipment due to careless or unreasonable use by the Host or his guests will be subject to be paid by the Host up to the full cost of fixing or replacement.

19. The Host will be charged for repairs if rental equipment is returned damaged or excessively dirty.

A cleaning fee of between $100 and $300 will be applied if the equipment is returned with excessive dirt, mud, food stains, footprints, or other soiling.

20. Lost or unreturned rental items will be charged up to the full replacement cost.

21. Angels Music is not responsible for any damage to grass, lawns, underground utilities, or sprinkler systems caused by equipment setup.

The Host must ensure a clear space for rentals/DJ setup free of furniture, planters, or obstructions.

22. If rental equipment must be moved after setup, a $300 relocation fee will be charged.

23. If the access way has a staircase / narrow driveway or any complicated setup requirements, an extra fee might be charged

24. DO NOT move rental items yourself. Angels Music is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while moving rental equipment.

25. Angels Music shall make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality, professional services and equipment as agreed upon. However, Angels Music shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, technical malfunctions, equipment failure, or performance issues arising from unforeseen circumstances acts beyond its control, or changes made to the event by the Host, venue, or third parties.

26. In no event shall Angels Music be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of enjoyment, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

27. Host acknowledges that certain factors, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, venue restrictions, weather conditions, third-party interference, or last-minute event modifications, may impact the ability to perform as intended. In such cases, Angels Music will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly but shall not be held liable for damages or refunds resulting from such events.

The maximum liability of Angels Music, if any, for damages arising from any cause whatsoever shall not exceed 20% of the total amount paid under this Agreement.

28. The host agrees to provide accurate event details and ensure the venue is accessible, adequately powered, and suitable for setup. Angels Music is not responsible for delays or service limitations due to changes in the event schedule, site restrictions, or failure to provide adequate conditions for setup and performance.

29. The host understands that entertainment is a subjective matter. While Angels Music commits to a professional and quality performance, no guarantees are made regarding guest satisfaction or entertainment outcomes, except as expressly agreed in writing.

30. The host assumes all risks related to entertainment elements, including lighting effects, special effects, sound levels, and dance floor activity.

Angels Music shall not be liable for any injuries, health concerns, or complaints related to these effects

31. Host waives, releases, and discharges Angels Music, its affiliated and related entities, including but not limited to DJs, MCs, musicians, technicians, and employees (collectively referred to as the “Indemnified Parties”), from any claims, liens, demands, causes of action, obligations, liabilities, or damages of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way related to the use of Angels Music services. This includes, without limitation, any claims arising from personal injury, property damage, or other

incidents occurring before, during, or after the event. The Host acknowledges and accepts all associated risks and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

32. Angels Music is not liable for any issues beyond the scope of the contracted service.

– The Host agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Angels Music harmless from any claims, legal actions, losses, or expenses related to this contract, including attorney fees and court costs.

33. In case of disputes, previous correspondence may be used as proof.

34. By paying the deposit and proceeding with the service, the Host agrees to all terms in this contract.

35. This contract represents the entire agreement between Angels Music and the Host.

– No modifications or waivers will be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

– Angels Music is not responsible for third-party contracts.

– This Contract shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of California.

 

What personal data do we collect, and why do we collect it

We may collect your IP address, location, browser type, referring page, unique device identifier, device type, operating system, and any additional information you provide, including image deletion and image sharing, as well as your acceptance of terms, date, and time. We’ll email you if you create a quote or sign up for one of our services (like the newsletter).
