• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
• If the balance is still unpaid on the event day, a late fee of $10 per day applies until it is paid.
• We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo and all major credit cards. Card payments include a 3.5% processing fee.
• Overtime requested during the event is $400 per hour.

Event Requirements

To keep your event on time and safe, the Host agrees to:

• Send the event schedule, timeline and floor plan at least 7 days before the event.
• Send any song requests as a YouTube or Spotify playlist at least 7 days before the event.
• Give our team 4 to 6 hours of setup time before the event starts.
• Provide parking, or pay back parking fees, and a vendor meal for the DJ, MC, musicians, photographers and technicians.
• Provide a safe work area, free from direct sun, wind, rain, wet or oily floors and other hazards.
• Provide at least two 110 volt, 20 amp grounded outlets (3 prong).
• Give accurate event details and make sure the venue is accessible, has enough power and is suitable for setup.
• Keep the setup area clear of furniture, planters and other obstacles.
• Pay any venue charges, such as rigging, power distribution, security or venue liaison fees.

Access and delivery

• The Host allows our team to enter the event address at the agreed times to deliver and pick up equipment.
• Stairs, narrow driveways or other hard access may add a fee.
• If the vendor entrance is listed as ground level but is not, a $250 fee applies.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

• If you cancel or reschedule, your deposit is credited toward a future event. This does not include money already paid for reserved rentals, DJs, MCs, musicians, or equipment bought for your event.
• If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, the full balance is due.
• Services cannot be canceled or downgraded on the event day. Upgrades may be possible, based on availability.
• If we cannot perform because of acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, war or government orders, we will try to send a substitute or refund up to the full amount paid.
• We may assign or subcontract any part of the service to qualified team members.
• No refunds are given for power failures caused by the venue or location power system.

Photo Booth, Photo and Video

• “Unlimited prints” means up to 400 prints at 4×6 inches, or 800 prints at 2×6 inches, per event.
• If a photo booth printer fails, the booth keeps taking photos and we mail the prints to the Host after the event.
• Photo booth galleries, edited photos and edited video are delivered within 1 to 6 weeks after the event. Big events or heavy editing can take longer, and we will let you know if they do.

Guests can find their photos on our photo booth galleries page.

Equipment, Damage and Safety

• Our equipment is in working condition and safe. If something fails during the event, we will repair or replace it as fast as we can.
• The Host protects our staff and equipment from damage or injury caused by guests.
• Damage from careless or unreasonable use by the Host or guests is charged up to the full repair or replacement cost.
• Equipment returned very dirty (mud, food stains, footprints and similar) has a cleaning fee of $100 to $300.
• Lost or unreturned items are charged up to the full replacement cost.
• If equipment must be moved after setup, a $300 relocation fee applies. Please do not move rental items yourself. We are not responsible for injuries from moving equipment.
• We are not responsible for damage to grass, lawns, underground utilities or sprinklers caused by setup.
• The Host accepts the risks of lighting, special effects, sound levels and dance floor activity, and Angels Music is not liable for injuries, health concerns or complaints related to them.

Limits of Liability

• We make reasonable efforts to provide professional service and equipment as agreed. We are not liable for delays, interruptions, technical problems or performance issues caused by things outside our control, or by changes made by the Host, the venue or third parties.
• This includes power failures, internet outages, venue rules, weather, third party interference and last minute changes. We will work to fix issues quickly, but we are not liable for damages or refunds caused by them.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of enjoyment or harm to reputation.
• Our total liability for any claim will not be more than 20% of the total amount paid under the agreement.
• Entertainment is personal taste. We commit to a professional performance, but we cannot guarantee guest satisfaction unless agreed in writing.
• The Host releases Angels Music and its DJs, MCs, musicians, technicians and employees from claims related to our services, including personal injury and property damage before, during or after the event, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
• The Host agrees to defend and hold Angels Music harmless from claims, losses and costs related to the service, including attorney fees and court costs.
• We are not responsible for issues outside the contracted service or for contracts with third parties.

Equipment Rental Terms

These terms apply when you pick up and return equipment yourself.

• Rentals are paid in full before or at pickup. A valid credit card stays on file during the rental period in case of loss or damage.
• The minimum rental is 1 day (24 hours). Items are due back by noon on the return day unless we agree on another time.
• Late returns may be charged one extra full day for each late day.
• Weekend rentals: pick up Friday after 1 PM and return Monday by noon. Other times can be arranged based on staff availability.
• Weekend packages are priced for customer pickup and return. If you add delivery, pickup or labor, weekend pricing does not apply.
• Same day rentals are welcome, but equipment is only guaranteed with a reservation.
• You are responsible for setting up, using and packing the equipment. We show you how it works at pickup or delivery, and we offer phone support.
• By signing the estimate, you take full responsibility for the equipment, including loss, theft, damage and revenue lost from late or missing items. Fees go to the card on file unless we agree otherwise.
• Discounts or refunds are given only if the equipment does not work because of a malfunction. No refunds for user error, weather or events canceled after pickup. Refund decisions are made by our staff.

• Labor is based on an 8 hour full day or a 4 hour half day. Work over 8 hours is billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
• A full day includes a 1 hour break. It can be 30 minutes if the client provides crew meals and drinks.
• We can send your venue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when our team handles setup, operation or breakdown. If you or someone else handles the equipment, you must provide your own insurance.
