One vendor, one booking, one team on site. The Halo package pairs a professional DJ with a photo booth, so you are not chasing two companies, two contracts, and two arrival times. We show up early, set everything up, run the night, and pack it out.
You get a DJ who actually plans with you. Before the event, we get on a call, go through the music you love, the songs you never want to hear, and the moments that matter, then build the playlist around it. On the night, we read the room and adjust. The sound system clearly covers a room or backyard of about 100 guests, with speakers on stands and a subwoofer so the low end feels good without being painful to talk over.
The lighting turns a plain room into somewhere people want to dance. Four moving heads on trussing over the dance floor, eight par wash lights, and ten uplights around the walls in the color you choose. The DJ booth comes with a clean white or black facade, so photos of the setup look as good as the rest of your event.
Then the photo booth runs for four hours. Choose the print booth for unlimited prints to take home, or the 360 video booth, which gets shared to social media before the party is even over. An attendant stays with the booth the whole time, keeps the line moving, helps with props, and makes sure nobody has to figure out the screen. Prints and videos come with a custom template using your names, your date, or your company logo. Everything from the night goes into an online gallery you can download and share.

Want more?
Halo can be built out. Add a photographer or videographer, a live saxophone or violin set, an LED dance floor, an LED screen, a projector and screen for a slideshow, extra uplighting, a monogram projection, or a separate sound system for a ceremony. Not included
Venue fees and permits, generator power if the site has no power, and travel beyond 30 miles of Valley Village. We will tell you upfront if any of these apply to your date.

FAQ block
Is the photo booth attended?
Yes. An attendant stays with the booth for all four hours, helps guests, keeps the line moving, and handles any issues.
Can I do both the print booth and the 360 booth?
The package includes one. You can add the second booth for $650.
Does the photo booth run at the same time as the DJ?
Yes. The booth is four hours within your five-hour DJ coverage. We usually start the booth after guests have settled in so it stays busy.
How early do you arrive?
Two to three hours before start time for setup, depending on the venue and load-in. Setup time doesn’t count against your five hours.
Can we make requests during the event?
Yes. You can also send a do-not-play list, and we will honor it.
What if I need more than five hours?
Extra hours are $300 each and can be added before the event or on the night.
Do you have insurance for my venue?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and can send a certificate to your venue, usually within a day.
