Archangel Package: DJ, MC, Photo Booth, and Dancers in Los Angeles
Some events need a show. Archangel is built for the room where 250 people are watching the doors open, and the first song has to land. Four of our team are on site, a rig that fills a ballroom, and dancers who make sure the floor is packed from the first track instead of the fourth.
Dancers
The two dancers are the part people remember. They come in costume, open the dance set with choreography, then spend the night pulling guests up, leading line dances, running the hora, and keeping the energy from dipping between songs. Costume changes through the night keep it feeling like a production rather than the same two people in the corner. If you have watched a room where nobody wants to be first on the floor, this is the fix.
DJ Plus MC
Your DJ handles the music and your MC handles the microphone, the same split as Wings, with a full timeline and script planned in advance. On top of that, we send an AV technician whose only job is the gear. Somebody is watching the sound, the lights, and the effects the entire night, so if a microphone drops or a fixture needs adjusting during dinner, it is handled before you notice.
Sound System
The sound is built for 250 plus. Four front-of-house speakers with dual subwoofers, plus a monitor in the DJ booth so the DJ hears what the room hears. Speeches and ceremony run through their own system so nothing has to be rebalanced mid-event.
Lighting
The lighting rig is the largest we run for a package like this. Eight moving heads, ten par lights, four strobes, thirty uplights throughout the room, a dance floor wash, and effect lighting. Add haze and the beams read in the air, which is what separates a lit room from a lit event in every photo taken that night. Two CO2 jets or cold spark units hit the grand entrance and the first big dance moment, where the venue permits them.
Photo Booth
The photo booth runs the full event, not a set window. Print booth with unlimited prints or the 360 video booth, an attendant the whole time, a backdrop, props, a custom template with your names or logo, and an online gallery of everything.

What Archangel adds over Wings
Two dancers working the floor all night, a technician dedicated to the gear, a sound system for 250 plus with a booth monitor, a third more lighting with thirty uplights and effect lighting, CO2 or cold sparks for the big moments, and a photo booth that runs the entire event instead of five hours. Wings runs your program well. Archangel makes it a show.
Want more?
Add a photographer or videographer, a live saxophone, violin, or percussion set playing over the DJ, an LED dance floor, an LED video wall for content or a live camera feed, a projector and screen for a slideshow, a monogram projection, two more dancers, or a second photo booth so the line never builds.
Not included
Venue fees and permits, generator power if the site has no power, and travel beyond 30 miles of Valley Village. Cold sparks and CO2 require venue approval and in some cases a fire permit. We will tell you upfront what your venue needs.

FAQÂ
What exactly do the dancers do?
They open the dance set with choreography, then spend the night getting guests up and moving. Line dances, hora sets, party motivation between songs, and photos with guests. They are there to keep the floor full, not to perform at people.
Are the dancers appropriate for a family event?
Yes. Everything is family-friendly, and costumes and choreography are chosen with your event in mind. We go through it with you in the planning session, so nothing on the night is a surprise.
Can I get four dancers instead of two?
Yes. Two more dancers can be added for $800.
Will my venue allow cold sparks or CO2?
Many do, some do not, and a few require a fire permit or a standby fire watch. We call your venue ahead of time and confirm. If they are not allowed, we swap in another effect at no extra cost.
Why is there a separate AV technician?
On an event this size, the DJ and MC are both working the room the whole night. The technician stays with the gear so sound and lighting are monitored continuously, and any issues are fixed before they become visible.
Does the photo booth really run the whole time?
Yes, for the full six hours, with an attendant present the entire time.
How early do you arrive?
Four to five hours before start time, depending on the venue and load-in. Setup does not count against your six hours.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We can send a certificate of insurance to your venue, usually within a day.
