Wings Package: DJ, MC, and Photo Booth Combo in Los Angeles
One person cannot watch the dance floor and the timeline at the same time. Wings splits the job. Your DJ stays on the music, reading the room and keeping the energy moving. A separate MC works the crowd, makes the announcements, runs the games, and gets people up when the floor needs a push. That is the difference between a party that starts at nine and a party that starts when you planned it to.
Before the event, we sit down with you and build the timeline. Grand entrance, first dance, blessings, speeches, the hora, cake, last song. We write the script, agree on the names and the pronunciations, and make sure your DJ and MC are working from the same page. On the day, it runs on cue, and you get to be a guest at your own event.
The sound scales up for a room of 200. Four speakers with dual subwoofers on the dance floor, plus a separate speaker for the ceremony or the speeches, so vows and toasts do not fight with the music system. Two wireless microphones, so a speech can be handed off without anyone crossing the room.
The lighting rig gets a lot bigger too. Six moving heads over the floor, eight par lights, two strobes for the peak of the dance set, twenty uplights around the room in whatever color you pick, and a wash across the dance floor. Add fog or haze and the beams actually read in the air, which is what makes photos of the dance floor look like a real event. We check with your venue first, since some do not allow it.
The photo booth runs for five hours. Choose the print booth with unlimited prints, or the 360 video booth for clips guests share the same night. Either comes with an attendant, a backdrop, a prop table, a custom template with your names or logo, and an online gallery of everything captured.

What Wings adds over Halo
Halo gives you a DJ and a booth. Wings adds a second person whose whole job is the microphone and the crowd, a planned timeline so nothing runs late, a sound system built for double the guests, roughly twice the lighting, an extra hour of DJ coverage, and an extra hour of photo booth. If your event has a program to get through, this is the one.
Want more?
Add a photographer or videographer, a live saxophone, violin, or percussion set, an LED dance floor, an LED video wall, a projector and screen for a slideshow, a monogram projection, cold sparks or CO2 for the entrance, or a second photo booth. If you want dancers pulling guests onto the floor and a full production rig, look at the Archangel package.
Not included
Venue fees and permits, generator power if the site has no power, and travel beyond 30 miles of Valley Village. We will tell you upfront if any apply to your date.

FAQ block
What is the difference between the DJ and the MC?
The DJ builds and plays the music. The MC is on the microphone, making announcements, introducing people, running games, and getting guests onto the dance floor. Two people, two jobs, at the same time.
The MC is four hours, but the DJ is six. Why?
The first hour is usually cocktails, and the last stretch is open dancing, and neither needs a host. We place the MC’s four hours where the program is, so they are working the whole time they are there. If you want the MC for the full six hours, we can add it.
Do you handle the ceremony too?
Yes. The separate speaker system and a second microphone are included, so vows, readings, and processional music are covered.
Do you do the hora and Mitzvah dances?
Yes. Our MCs run hora sets, chair lifts, candle lightings, and game segments regularly. We go through all of it in the planning session.
Will you use fog at my venue?
Only if they allow it. Some venues have smoke sensors that will not tolerate haze. We call ahead and confirm before your date.
Can we make song requests during the event?
Yes, and you can send a do-not-play list ahead of time that we will honor.
How early do you arrive?
Three to four hours before start time, depending on the venue and load-in. Setup does not count against your six hours.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We can send a certificate of insurance to your venue, usually within a day of your request.
