Service Terms And Conditions
Event Requirements

The Host must provide the DJ/Tech team with the event schedule, timeline, and floor plan at least seven (7) days in advance.

The Host must provide the DJ/Musician with any requested songs via a YouTube or Spotify playlist at least seven (7) days in advance.

The Host must allow the DJ/Tech team 2 to 8 hours of setup time before the event starts.
Overtime & Additional Charges

If overtime is requested, the Host agrees to pay an additional $400 per hour.

A Late Payment Fee of $10 per day will be charged if the Host fails to pay the full balance on the event day.
Work Area & Safety

The Host must provide a safe work area for the DJ, MC, musicians, photographers, and technicians.

A safe work area must be free from direct sun, wind, rain, wet surfaces, oily floors, or other hazards.

The Host must provide at least two (2) 110-volt (20-amp) grounded outlets (3-prong).

No refunds will be issued due to power failures caused by the venue’s or location’s power system.
Cancellations & Refunds

If Angels Music cannot perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, war, or government orders, we will try to provide a substitute service or refund up to the full amount paid.

If the event is canceled or rescheduled, the deposit will be credited toward a future event.

This does not include amounts paid for reserved rentals, DJs, MCs, musicians, or equipment purchased specifically for the event.

If the event is canceled less than 14 days before the event, the entire balance is due.
Equipment & Liability

Angels Music guarantees that all equipment is in working condition and safe. However, the client assumes full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by using the equipment.

In case of equipment failure, Angels Music will attempt to repair or replace the equipment during the event.

If a photo booth printer fails, photos will still be taken, and printed copies will be mailed to the Host after the event.

“Unlimited Prints” refers to a maximum of 400 (4″x6″) prints or 800 (2″x6″) prints per event.
Service Modifications & Subcontracting

Angels Music shall have the right to assign or subcontract any part of its obligations under their agreement.

The Host cannot cancel or downgrade services on the event day. Upgrades may be available based on availability.
Protection & Damages

The Host must provide adequate protection for Angels Music staff and equipment against damage or injury caused by guests.

Any damage to the DJ, Photo Booth, or rental equipment caused by careless or unreasonable use by the Host or their guests will be charged up to the full replacement cost.

If rental equipment is returned damaged or excessively dirty, repair or cleaning fees will apply:

Cleaning fee: $100 – $300 (for excessive dirt, mud, food stains, footprints, etc.).

Lost or unreturned items will be charged up to full replacement cost.

Setup, Access & Relocation Fees

Angels Music is not responsible for damages to grass, lawns, underground utilities, or sprinkler systems caused by equipment setup.

The Host must ensure a clear setup space free of furniture, planters, or obstructions.

If rental equipment must be moved after setup, a $300 relocation fee will be charged.

DO NOT move rental items yourself—Angels Music is not responsible for any injuries caused by moving rental equipment.

If the vendor entrance is stated to be ground level but is not, a $250 fee will be charged.
Property Access for Delivery and Pickup

The Host grants Angels Music Productions and its employees/contractors the right to enter the specified property at approximate times to deliver and return rented equipment.

This applies to any address specified by the Host in the booking or communication before the event.
Legal & Liability
-
Angels Music is not liable for any issues beyond the scope of the contracted service.

The Host agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Angels Music harmless from any claims, legal actions, losses, or expenses related to our service, including attorney fees and court costs.

In case of disputes, previous correspondence may be used as proof.

By paying the deposit and proceeding with the service, the Host agrees to all these terms.

Angels Music is not responsible for third-party contracts.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of California.
Rental Terms And Conditions
RENTALS & SECURITY
We require a 50% security deposit for rentals and Services. In case of loss or damage to rentals, a valid credit card must be kept on file during the rental period.
PAYMENTS
All rentals must be paid in full before or during pickup. We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards (a 3.5% Credit Processing Fee applies to card payments).
RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 1 day – 24 hours. All items must be returned by noon on the return day unless we approve something different in advance. Late returns might be charged an additional full day for each day the equipment is late.
Weekend rentals must be picked up Friday after 1 PM and returned Monday by noon.
WEEKEND RENTALS & PACKAGES
Our weekend packages are priced for customer pickup and return. Pickup is Friday after 1 PM, and return is Monday before noon. If you need to schedule a pickup or return outside these hours, we can arrange it depending on our staff availability.
RESERVATIONS
To guarantee your rental, you must make a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when we receive a signed contract and a deposit. You can sign digitally through a link we send you or print, sign, and email the contract back to us. Same-day rentals are welcome, but we cannot guarantee equipment availability without a reservation.
USE OF THE EQUIPMENT
You are responsible for knowing how to set up, use, and pack down the equipment. One of our team members will show you how it works at pickup or delivery and answer any questions. We also offer phone support for technical help.
LIABILITY
By signing the estimate, you take full responsibility for the equipment. You’ll be financially responsible for anything lost, stolen, or damaged while it’s in your care. You’ll also be responsible for any lost revenue caused by late or missing equipment. Any fees will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made with a member of our team.
DISCOUNTS & REFUNDS
We only offer discounts or refunds if the equipment doesn’t work due to a malfunction. We do not provide refunds for user error, weather issues, or canceled events after the equipment has already been rented. All refund decisions are made by Angels Music Productions staff.
Rentals with Labor
WEEKEND RENTALS WITH DELIVERY
Weekend packages and prices apply only to pickups and returns by the customer. If you add delivery, pickup, or on-site labor, weekend pricing and consumer packages do not apply.
LABOR TERMS
Basic setup and breakdown (set/strike) labor includes up to 2 hours and applies only to equipment rented from Angels Music Productions.
Labor is based on an 8-hour full day or a 4-hour half day. If labor exceeds 8 hours, overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate.
A 1-hour break is required for full-day work. A shorter 30-minute break can be given if the client provides all crew members with a vendor meal and drinks.
PARKING
You must provide parking passes or reimburse any parking fees for our team working your event. Unless we agree otherwise, these costs will be charged to the card on file.
VENUE FEES
You’re responsible for any venue-related charges. These may include rigging, power or power distro, security, or venue liaison fees.
INSURANCE
Angels Music Productions can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue if requested, but only if our team provides labor (setup, operation, or breakdown). If you or someone else will be handling the equipment, you must provide your insurance coverage.
